This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, creative and written responsibilities, CRM management, and effective communication skills to contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop impactful and professional content for marketing materials, social media posts, emails, and event signage.
  • Help manage and update social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Manage OBN's CRM system ensuring data is kept up-to-date through regular cleansing.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Requirements
  • Highly IT literate and proficient user of Adobe Cloud Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Fluent in social media, especially Twitter and LinkedIn, and experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Strong CRM and email marketing background with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, including grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Fluent with the Office 365 suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a flexible approach.
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences or English Language.
  • ~3 years of communications or marketing experience, preferably in a life science environment.
  • Fluent in social media, especially Twitter and LinkedIn, and experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create impactful and professional digital content.
  • 2 years' experience in managing a CRM system.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, including grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Highly organized and good project management and communication capabilities.
