About the Role

Leading Lives, a pioneering social enterprise, seeks an enthusiastic Support Worker to join their team in Saxmundham. This rewarding role offers a competitive salary and various benefits.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £12-18 per hour, including enhancements for Sundays and Bank Holidays, and sleep-ins at £65. Additionally, you may be eligible for up to £1000 bonus (terms and conditions apply).

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in people's lives. As a Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in daily activities
  • Acting as an advocate for the people we support and their families
  • Providing intimate personal care with dignity and respect
  • BUILDING strong relationships through effective communication
  • Safely administering medication as required
