Job Title: Property Services Director

About Us: At Broadacres Housing, we strive to provide exceptional services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced property services manager to lead our empty homes team.

Salary: £52,941.59 per annum

Location: Northallerton (Agile Working)

Working Hours: Typically 3 days per week in the Northallerton office

Type of Employment: Permanent Full Time 37 Hours

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent leadership and management skills to take charge of our dynamic empty homes team. As a Property Services Director, you will be responsible for developing strategies to reduce empty homes, improving our services, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Lead the empty homes team to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce empty homes
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve services and enhance customer experience
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property services management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Able to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
