Curriculum Manager - Construction and Engineering
Morgan Hunt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Manager to join a leading FE College in London. As a key member of the college's leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to promote positive outcomes and develop the curriculum.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational management of the Construction and Engineering department.
- Set and monitor targets for learner participation, retention, achievement, and success.
- Carry out agreed teaching commitment.
- Manage the curriculum team staff.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience and specialist knowledge within Construction and Engineering.
- Proven evidence of improving the quality of provision.
- Ability to develop and maintain links with education.
- Experience and knowledge of leading and coaching staff within an education and training environment.
- Understanding of key events and issues facing post-16 education within London.
- Proven ability to establish and monitor a high quality of lesson delivery.
- Experience of implementing quality assurance processes.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Knowledge and commitment to Equality and Diversity.
