We are seeking a skilled School Technician - IT Support to join our team at Educators Wales. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the Design Technology Department, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth delivery of curriculum programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to the Design Technology Department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement technical solutions to improve teaching and learning.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
As a School Technician - IT Support, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of curriculum programs and contributing to the overall success of the school. Your excellent technical skills, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and students alike.
Requirements- NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in general technical/resource support.
- Good numeracy/literacy skills.
- Awareness of relevant policies/codes of practice and legislation.
The estimated salary for this role is £20,750 per annum, taking into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this position and the location of the school in Cowbridge, Wales.''],
