BREEAM / Low Carbon Sustainability Intermediate Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled BREEAM / Low Carbon Sustainability Intermediate Engineer to join our team at GR Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability strategy and energy / carbon report related services, with experience in passive design, energy modelling, and LCA tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake BREEAM and other sustainability assessments
  • Provide sustainability strategy and energy / low carbon report related services
  • Report writing and presentations
  • Liaise and communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and designers
  • Manage projects to agreed budgetary limits and timetables
  • Maintain all necessary records
  • Stay up-to-date with sustainable building design, renewables, and low carbon technology
