As a member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our nursing team, wellbeing team, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and person-centred care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified staff with care plans, tasks, and activities to support the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents
- Participate in activities, motivating and supporting residents to get involved
- Assist residents with eating, drinking, washing, dressing, and going to the toilet
- Assess and observe the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents, recognizing changes and reporting as necessary in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records, communicating effectively with residents and their families
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

Desired Criteria:
- Qualifications in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Previous experience within a care setting
- Educated to NVQ 2 level is desirable
Required Criteria:
- To be a good listener, showing patience, compassion, empathy, and understanding
- A good standard of written and oral English
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Be NISCC registered or eligible to register
