Job Title: Planning and Policy Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team as a Planning and Policy Consultant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing planning policies that promote sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement planning policies to promote sustainable development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Analyze data and trends to inform planning decisions
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for sustainable development
Requirements
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership
  • Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations
  • 1 year experience within the Town Planning field
