Trust Account Specialist

We are seeking a Trust Account Specialist to join our esteemed Private Wealth team at Womble Bond Dickinson.

This role requires a high level of expertise in trust account preparation, with experience in presenting information in spreadsheet format and writing reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various accounts formats, processes, and procedures, including CCH Trust Accounts.

The role

You will be working independently preparing trust accounts and personal/trust returns for review, as well as undertaking peer reviews. Dealing with the day-to-day trust affairs of client portfolios, including high net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. You will ensure engagement letters are in place for clients and that fees are agreed and billed accordingly.

The team

Our Private Wealth team is a collaboration of lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, and tax specialists. Their expertise is highly regarded, ensuring that clients' wealth is protected, now and for future generations.

Requirements

  • Experience in trust accounts preparation, preferably from within an accountancy practice.
  • Knowledge of various accounts formats, processes, and procedures, working both manually and with relevant systems.
  • Experience in presenting information in spreadsheet format and writing reports.
