Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team in a contract position. The successful candidate will have experience in an industrial or marine electrical environment and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and maintaining electrical systems on superyachts
  • Testing and troubleshooting electrical issues
  • Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Working collaboratively with other trades and team members
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Managing tools and materials efficiently
  • Providing timely and accurate progress reports

Requirements:

  • Approved Electrician
  • Experience in an industrial or marine electrical environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Rates and Other Info:

  • £28-£35/h dependant on experience and location
  • 3 month initial contract
  • 39 hour standard week (can be worked Mon - Fri, Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri)
  • Overtime available up to 50 hours, one rate all hours
