Principal Ecologist South West

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Ecologist to join our South West Ecology team at Tetra Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing ecological projects, providing expert advice to clients, and mentoring and developing our ecologists.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ecology, with experience in project management, team leadership, and client relationship building. You will be a confident and competent ecologist, with a passion for delivering high-quality results and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage ecological projects from conception to completion
- Provide expert advice to clients on ecological matters
- Mentor and develop our ecologists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of our ecology team and the growth of our business
