This part-time role involves working closely with students, employers, and curriculum departments to support the successful completion of work placements. You will be responsible for identifying student skills and matching them to suitable work placements, delivering placement-based sessions, and managing your own caseload of students.

As a Career Placement Facilitator, you will have a strong understanding of employability skills and experience working with young people in a group and one-to-one basis. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop effective working relationships with staff, students, and employers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to the college's mission of providing high-quality education and training.
