We are seeking an experienced Operational Trainer to join our Portions team in a dynamic role that involves training Machine Minders in our sealing room.

  • This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £13.19.
Main Responsibilities:

As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Delivering high-quality training to Machine Minders to ensure they meet the company's strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Providing training support to admin staff to enhance operational training.
  • Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required by the company and its customers.
Ideal Candidate:

As our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:

  • An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively across the team, between departments, and at all levels of management.
  • Quality awareness and the ability to motivate others.
  • Health and Safety understanding and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain focused.
  • An adaptable approach and the ability to work in a team.

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
