Job Title: HR Administrator

At Biffa, we're committed to providing exceptional human resources administrative support to our internal and external clients. As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely query resolution, guidance, and interpretation of Company policies to clients of Employee Services.
  • Support and educate clients on company procedures and operating systems.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators to ensure optimum efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs to drive efficiency, accuracy, and increased service levels.
  • Manage and resolve client enquiries within an agreed timescale, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee information in our database.
Requirements:
  • Studying towards a CIPD qualification.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a similar HR administration position.
  • Confident IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
