Optometrist - Birkenhead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist to join our team in Birkenhead, working 3 days a week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
As an Optometrist with The Boots Company PLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, including Dispensing Opticians, Senior Dispensing Opticians, and Senior Optical Consultants. You will be supported by a team leader and will have access to the latest equipment, including OCT, Auto-refractor, and brand-new fields machine.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality patient care and leading by example to inspire your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and healthcare professionals in the local community.
- Listening to customers and providing accurate, up-to-date information to ensure their needs are met.
- Selecting the best products for each customer and ensuring they receive an excellent service in a great environment.
- Leading your team to deliver exceptional patient care and upholding the highest standards of clinical care.

This role is subject to a DBS/PVG check, and we are a Ban the Box employer. We will consider the suitability of applicants with criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis, and you will have the opportunity to discuss the matter with us before we make a decision.
