Group Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Group Business Development Manager to join our sales team in West London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase business from group and MICE customers.

Responsibilities:
  • IDentify and target group and MICE customers that will generate business for the hotels
  • Provide direction and sales leadership to the sales team
  • Proactively identify corporate accounts and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Ensure proactive planning and execution of sales strategies
  • Organise the corporate business travel activities
  • Manage and train the Sales Managers
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and sales goals
Requirements:
  • Must have experience as an Assistant Director or Senior Sales Manager with at least 5 years' experience in hotel sales and 3 years in corporate and MICE
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and lead a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong knowledge of the industry
  • A dynamic and motivated individual who loves to network and drive sales
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits including discounts throughout the grounds and opportunities for career development within a international hotel group.
