Job Description:
A leading national service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning / Building Services Engineer to join their team. The successful applicant will be based at a large commercial and industrial facility in Slough, covering the Cambridgeshire / East Anglia region.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Air Conditioning maintenance, unit repairs, and have knowledge of a range of HVAC systems in commercial environments. They will also have experience with splits, multis, VRF/VRVs, and hold F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 and NVQ level 2 qualifications.
The role involves planned maintenance on Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's, conducting site walk rounds and completing reports. Additionally, the candidate will be required to perform AHU's, FCU's tap/temp checks, compliance checks on HVAC plant, changing belts/pumps/compressors, and cleaning filters.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45k+, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, the company offers good overtime rates, including time and half and double time, minimum 4 hours paid for call outs at the overtime rate, standby and on-call allowances, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension, medical insurance, death in service, and a company van or car with fuel card.
