About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagements across various industry sectors.

Your role will involve identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients, developing managers and junior staff to reach their full potential, and ensuring all regulatory changes are implemented and complied with both internally and on engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industry sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor high-performance teams to achieve their goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory changes are implemented and complied with both internally and on engagements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong external audit experience, ideally across FTSE listed or international clients.
  • US GAAP reporting skills would be desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
  • Experience of developing and mentoring high-performance teams.

Please note that the salary for this position is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
