Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Switch Recruitment. As an Employee Benefits Operational Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Operations and the broader operations team with change, delivery, and ongoing maintenance projects within our client's growing employee benefits division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Operations and the operations team with the production of consistent documentation, including process flow diagrams, training manuals, and template letters.
  • Act as an operational point of contact for collaboration with the IT and finance teams to ensure the delivery of key projects and work streams.
  • Organize and attend meetings as required to ensure the delivery of projects and work streams.
  • Provide high-level support for the operations team, including administrative tasks and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an employee benefits background, ideally with a good working knowledge of Group Risk, Group Healthcare, and/or Group Pensions.
  • Good knowledge of compliance procedures within a financial services organization.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including the ability to produce high-standard operational documentation.
