Job Opportunity: Personal Trainer

Job Heron is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at our luxurious residential property in Knightsbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized training programs for residents
  • Provide ongoing fitness guidance and advice to residents while they use the gym
  • Monitor and record residents' progress, offering constructive feedback
  • Offer dietary and lifestyle advice to support training programs
  • Lead exercise classes and workshops for residents
  • Demonstrate proper equipment use and monitor misuse to ensure gym user safety
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in fitness areas and equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of personal training experience in a premium health club
  • REPS level 3 (or higher) personal training qualification
  • Desirable: additional expertise in Boxing
  • First Aid qualification (desirable)
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on resident needs
