HVAC Recruitment is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Maintenance Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on electrical systems and building services projects.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services, including inspecting and maintaining fire alarms, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment. They will also troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a facilities management setting.
- A strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Fully qualified with electrical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ).
- A full UK driving license.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and pension, as well as opportunities for training and professional development.
