Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bid qualification process for new opportunities and ensuring the timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Clear Understanding of Client Requirements: Establish a clear understanding of the client bid requirements/key deliverables and develop a win plan for the bid.
  • Lead Bid Team: Lead the bid team at internal adjudication and compile tender submission documentation.
  • Manage Post Submission Negotiation: Manage any post-submission negotiation and/or dialogue, correspondence with Client team, through to conclusion.
  • Communicate with Delivery Team: Attend Bid Handover meetings and brief the delivery team to ensure all knowledge gained during the tender period is communicated.
Requirements:
  • Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills are essential for this role.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information are necessary for this position.
  • Relevant Driving Licence: A relevant driving licence is required for this role.
