About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Electrical Specialist to join our Property Maintenance team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering hard facilities management services within all properties throughout the permanent estate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FM industry and hold relevant qualifications such as Electrical City and Guilds 2391 Electrical testing and inspection to 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 plus city and guilds 2360 parts 1 and 2. You will also possess good knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and a full UK driving license.

As a Facilities Electrical Specialist, your duties will include managing and co-ordinating facilities management subcontractors, reviewing and implementing health and safety documentation, and delivering toolbox talks and contractor inductions. You will also be appointed as Authorised Person for relevant duties such as LV electrical, mechanical and working at heights.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced Facilities Electrical Specialist looking for a new challenge, please apply.
