About the Role
This Teaching Support Professional - SEN position involves working with students who have Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to students, assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities, and supporting students in a high-staffing ratio environment.

The Galley Hill Campus is a specialist provision that offers bespoke classrooms with specialist rooms such as an independent flat, soft-play etc. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, has high emotional resilience, and a desire to make a difference to students' lives. Experience is not required, but an ability to adapt to changing situations is essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with students with Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-staffing ratio environment


The salary for this role is £27,711.00 - £30,060.00 per annum (FTE), with an actual starting salary of £24,047. This includes a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
