The Role: As an Ice Rink Marshal, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for ice users. This includes monitoring the ice for maintenance issues, ensuring users follow rink rules, and providing assistance to customers. You will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the ice facility.

Duties:

  • Monitor the ice for any maintenance issues and report them to management.
  • Ensure ice users are respecting the rink rules and skate safely and in the correct direction and manner.
  • Clear all ice users from the ice in a timely manner to ensure the ice is resurfaced.
  • Follow the correct reporting mechanisms and notify management of any accidents or incidents on or around the ice.
  • Assist customers with enquiries in a friendly and effective manner.

Working Hours: Various hours available, including evenings and weekends. This is a fixed-term contract from 18th November to 5th January.
