**About the Role**

Lancaster City Council is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team. This permanent position is based at White Lund Depot, where you will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned maintenance works on our housing and non-housing stock.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to improve service levels, meet performance targets, and contribute to the working base of our department.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent Level 3 NVQ, and must have up-to-date certification in IET Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including local government pension scheme, annual leave allowance, and access to employee benefits such as discounted gym membership and cycle to work scheme.
