Care Worker

We are seeking compassionate and committed Care Assistants to join our dynamic Care Team in our newly built, state-of-the-art care home. Our care home provides 24/7 care and support to older and sometimes sick residents, and we are looking for both day and night staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:- Provide a high-quality, professional service of care to our residents.
- Assist residents with personal cleanliness, such as helping with bathing.
- Support residents to eat and drink.
- Get to know residents to comfort, assist, and give reassurance when needed.
- Treat others as individuals with unique and diverse needs.
- Treat our residents with dignity and respect.
- Support residents to maintain independence and health, and encourage them to be part of the community within the home.
- Assist with tidying, cleaning, laundering, and other domestic tasks when needed.
- Assist in end-of-life care.

About You:- You should be someone who enjoys working with older people and can empathize with them.
- You should be able to work in a team and be willing to take on any task to provide an excellent level of care to our clients.
- You should be well-organized, adaptable, and practical.

Hours:Full-time: 28-39 hours
Bank shifts are also available to ensure cover in cases of absence, sickness, and holiday.
