As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support the successful achievement of organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organisational design and development, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support the successful achievement of organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organisational performance.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualified or above.
  • Experience as a HR Business partner with a sound understanding of HR and People strategies, preferably gained within large matrix structures.
  • Ideal experience of Business Partnering a Head office function.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
  • Union experience would be desirable.
