Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Room Leader at Grandir UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide professional leadership to all staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the effective implementation of our nursery's key policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
  • Staff Supervision: Support and supervise playroom staff, deploying them appropriately to ensure the required standards are delivered and maintained.
  • Childcare Provision: Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Communication: Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress and development.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers, highlighting our unique selling points and values.
  • Staff Development: Develop open and positive working relationships with staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver exceptional care and education.
