**Job Title:** Private Tax Assistant Manager

 

RGH-Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Tax Assistant Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support senior staff in providing top-notch tax advice and helping teams meet their goals.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support senior staff in offering tax advice and meeting team goals.
  • Guide and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, set goals, and hold regular check-ins.
  • Oversee client portfolios, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Partner with team members to identify client needs and ensure project efficiency.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT) with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience with inheritance tax, capital gains, allowances, trusts, income tax, and incorporation.
  • Proven team and client management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

 

**Estimated Salary Range:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
