About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Performance Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Commissioning Engineer - SWO, you will be responsible for testing mechanical elements of the launcher & SWSS equipment, Fluid & Air systems, Nitrogen, Water and Hydraulics etc.

With your exceptional technical knowledge, you will be able to provide technical guidance to emergent incidents and demonstrate a strong awareness of product knowledge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support at sea trials and work closely with US contractors and Government with the chance of travel to the US.

This role offers the chance to work on Strategic Weapon Systems, which is a specialist area with unique design and challenges. You will be part of an inclusive culture that values diversity, rewards integrity, and merit, and where you'll be empowered to fulfil your potential.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, starting from £35,802 dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave incentive and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
