About the Role

We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Educational Psychologist, you will work with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and the implementation of Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.

Key responsibilities include providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools, offering guidance for education teams, and communicating with families/ carers and specialist agencies. You will also engage in professional development training for all staff and work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a doctoral or masters professional qualification in Educational Psychology, registration with the HCPC, and experience of working with people with complex SEN needs. You will also need to be a good communicator with strong skills in assessment and report writing.
