Role Overview

Unity is driving the adoption of Realtime 3D across various industries, and we need a detail-oriented Data and Process Analyst to support our data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing data, conducting in-depth analysis, and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including Zendesk, ODT, and Gainsight, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence Team to build customized dashboards.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing data-related processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data capture and reporting procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Reporting and Communications: Create and deliver regular reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data prediction, and data management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and respect for data security and confidentiality.
