About the Role

As a SMART Repairer at Perfect Placement, you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Your primary responsibility will be to perform high-quality repairs, adhering to the manufacturer's guidelines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong foundation in SMART repair techniques and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers will also be essential.

A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus bonuses of up to £11,000 annually, makes this an attractive opportunity. Additionally, you will receive a generous 22-day holiday allowance and the opportunity to develop your skills through comprehensive training programs.

Your typical day will involve repairing damaged vehicles, carrying out smart repairs, and following established safety protocols. You may also be required to detect and diagnose additional faults that require further attention.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Recognised qualification in SMART repair.
• Previous experience working in a mobile SMART repair capacity within a busy body shop environment.
• Ability to produce high-quality SMART repairs from start to finish.
