Requirements:

  • **Experience:** Proven experience in a third-line infrastructure support role.
  • **Technical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, networking (LAN/WAN), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
  • **Problem-Solving:** Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly.
  • **Certifications:** Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
  • **Communication:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to document and explain technical issues clearly.
  • **Adaptability:** Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • **Experience with automation tools:** Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or PowerShell scripting.
  • **Knowledge of ITIL practices:** Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
