About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Farm Manager to join our team at Brandon Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care farm site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize the outcomes and outputs of our care farm enterprises.
  • Collaborate with our Enterprise Manager to align and deliver a shared vision across the site.
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the farm site and enterprises.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners, customers, and partners.
  • Organize events and activities to promote the care farm's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality care services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
