Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James. As a prominent multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy, we offer a dynamic and forward-thinking environment where you can take on a more influential role and contribute to delivering exceptional projects across various sectors.

About the Role

This is an unparalleled opportunity to join a high-performing team of 30 professionals, including a strong commercial team of six and four highly involved partners who are passionate about driving excellence and supporting the growth of the business.

You will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Logistics, Warehousing/Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial sectors, with typical project values ranging from £1m to £15m.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide expert pre and post-contract services, oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, and manage client relationships.

Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on Contract Administration, act as Employers Agent, and mentor less experienced Quantity Surveyors within the team.
