Opus People Solutions: Seeking a Senior Infrastructure Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Officer to join our IT and Digital Services team in Rugby. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to go permanent after.

This role is ideal for a 2nd line IT professional looking to take the next step into a 3rd line position. As a Senior Infrastructure Officer, you will be responsible for delivering management and service activities in line with departmental standards, guidelines, and operating practices.

You will bring your technical expertise to the implementation, deployment, and support of critical systems, including Microsoft 365 and ADFS, Hybrid Exchange Online, and Virtual Server Environment. Your experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, and IP Telephone Service will also be valuable assets in this role.

Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous development of IT Infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services. Your knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation, as well as your experience with storage area networks and server room environments, will be essential in this position.
