About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our successful teams in our branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers plan, choose, and successfully book their holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Use your product knowledge and sales skills to identify and meet customers' needs, and to promote our travel products and services.
  • Utilize social media to engage with customers, promote offers, and generate sales leads.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch and drive business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including administrative duties and following processes accurately.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
  • A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills, as well as enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills and a good working knowledge of tour operator systems.
  • A recognised travel qualification is desirable.
