Job Title: Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our civil engineering and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor allocation and plant and machinery checks.
  • Ensure that all site personnel have the necessary training and certifications, including CSCS cards and SMSTS.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • CSCS card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First aid training.
  • Experience with heavy mobile plant.
  • Experience with coastal/marine and/or civils schemes.
  • Full UK driving license.
