Join Our Team as a Swimming Teacher in Shropshire

We are seeking a passionate and experienced swimming teacher to join our team at Shropshire Community Leisure Trust. As a swimming teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
  • Hold a valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers
  • DBS check
