About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of our football centre operation. This will include supervising staff, managing facilities, and developing sales and marketing plans to promote and maximise income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in the management of the football centre operation
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service

- Work with the General Manager to develop and execute operational plans to promote operational excellence and maximise income potential
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organisational and management skills. They will be responsible for a range of internal staff and will work towards sales targets.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about football and sport, and who is able to build strong relationships with customers, team captains, local schools, and football coaches.
