Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, secure, and help sustain appropriate work opportunities for unemployed persons within the local community.
  • Develop and maintain close working partnerships with Homelessness Services, Community Services, and Corps to support those experiencing unemployment.
  • Deliver personalised employability skills to people experiencing unemployment/underemployment.
  • Utilise strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of money management principles.
  • Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering employability skills to individuals experiencing unemployment/underemployment.
  • Proven ability to be self-directing and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
