About the Role:

The Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology, Haematology, Palliative Care and Technical Services will be responsible for the pharmacy input into the oncology, haematology and palliative care team and other users of the products from the technical services section.

Main Duties:

  • Lead by example in the specialisms of oncology, haematology and palliative care to ensure a consistently high quality clinical pharmacy service is delivered to these patients and other clinical areas that utilise technical services products.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the professional management of the Technical Services section of the pharmacy, including the clinical input into prescribing and administration of chemotherapy.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide a high quality, efficient pharmacy service to patients and staff within C&W.
