About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Investments Administrator to join our operations department at AJ Bell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through the setup, execution, and review of trades, ensuring accurate pricing of securities, and maintaining the integrity of our systems and customer-facing data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and match executed trades for Equities, Collectives, and FX.
  • Process trade rebookings and request static data updates.
  • Monitor client and counterparty exposure levels, including short positions and client debtors.
  • Ensure Programme Trades are executed and perform as expected.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service and consumer outcomes.
  • Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades through software testing and process definition.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly accurate work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • IT literacy, with confidence in using Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role, preferably in stockbroking or banking, is desirable.

Hybrid Working
