Driver Trainer Opportunity

Nexus Supply Chain Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to join their team in Warrington. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers across multiple sites in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Driver training on WTD/Driver's hours, driving styles, infringements, vehicle and trailer inspections, and other relevant topics.
  • Provide Driver CPC training to ensure all drivers are up to date and refreshers are completed.
  • Develop and create training materials to support existing courses and add new courses to improve the current offering.
  • Collaborate with the Group Health & Safety Manager to reduce accidents and non-compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in Logistics or Transportation.
  • Experience working as a Driver Trainer.
  • Excellent knowledge of WTD/Driver's hours and other transport-related compliance.
  • Ability to create engaging training courses and materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills to deliver effective training sessions.
