Product Development Strategist

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Domestic Landscape division at Aggregate Industries UK Limited.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager focused on Domestic Landscape Products. Based within our thriving domestic landscape division, this role will drive product development, market positioning, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer centricity throughout the category by understanding B2C market demand and delivering value-added solutions from concept through to supporting the business sell-through.
- Develop and execute product strategies to increase market share and profitability in the domestic landscape sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in product management within the domestic landscape or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative and result-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
- A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
