Job Title: Sales Advisor - Term Time Only

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 50-60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
  • Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
  • Achieve targets of 3-6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
  • Ensure you're meeting compliance expectations with every process.
Requirements:
  • Ideally 12 months experience of sales within the last 3 years or similar phone-based experience.
  • A quiet place to work at home.
  • Be comfortable with remote working.
  • The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
