About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified swimming coach to deliver advanced swimming sessions to children and adults at East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality swimming lessons and will be able to design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Coaching

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering advanced swimming lessons to children and adults.
  • Assessing learner progress and adapting lesson plans accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of lesson attendance and progress.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, learners, and parents.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
