Job Description

This is a fixed-term position, and as a talented Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines. You will also provide medication counseling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, is essential to optimize patient care.

You will conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management. Accurate patient records and pharmacy inventory management are crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, you may provide immunization services where applicable and offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products. Participating in health promotion and public health initiatives is also an essential part of this position.

Requirements & Qualifications

About Our Branch

Our Upton Cross branch is a busy site, dispensing around 10,000 items per month. We utilize Medipac robotic distribution technology, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care. Our team includes an experienced Non-Pharm Manager, two part-time ACPTs, and five Healthcare Partners, creating a supportive environment for collaboration and professional growth.
